We are a nationwide training organisation committed to supporting employers. With the continuing construction skills shortage, it is even more important to connect, share and learn how to upskill tradespeople and to access tools they need for the ever-changing construction environment. Free funded training is available for the trades including CITB grants and other Government-backing schemes to empower employers with a range of health and safety courses, supported by industry-recognised construction worker CSCS cards. The demand for construction workers is rapidly growing and the construction industry hosts a variety of different trades offering countless projects across the country. It is becoming increasingly important to support the demand of construction workers and our aim is simple - to provide a clear pathway for tradespeople using innovation and digitalisation.
