Description
This level 4 qualification enables learners to upskill and to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and understanding while displaying their competence in a real workplace environment so they can work within the Residential Development sector of construction.
The learner will be assessed by an occupationally competent and qualified assessor whose job is to work with you as a learner and help you complete their qualification in Site Supervision.

Our NVQ Gold package provides learners an affordable route into their career, with instalment plans available from 2-10 months - making this the best value package with a range of affordable flexibility. Customers will receive their NVQ as well as a Gold CSCS card with this package. Learners will receive:
- Health, Safety and Operatives Test + a FREE RETAKE
- Gold CSCS Card
- Diploma Certificate upon completion of NVQ
(In order to apply for the Gold Package, the minimum age for the instalment plan is 18+)

Platinum Package - Fast track into employment
Our Platinum Package allows you to purchase the full price of the NVQ at the time of booking, which includes a Gold CSCS card and full NVQ. This is a great option if you wish to fast track your construction career!
Silver Package - Get a free Gold CSCS card
Our Silver Package allows learners to get a free Gold CSCS card with their NVQ which is evidence to show to employers you are competent in your specific field.
(This package does not include a Red CSCS card at induction).
Bronze Package - An affordable option
Our Bronze Package gives learners without prior experience in construction the chance to upskill onto an NVQ.
(There is no CSCS card provided with this package).
